Beginning in Silicon Valley in 1998–Ground Zero of the Internet Boom–Guillermo has spent virtually his entire professional life working in startup ventures and with the entrepreneurs and investors who pursue disruptive innovation. He has helped launch 9 for-profit ventures and 4 nonprofit organizations, while also supporting fellow entrepreneurs as interim executive, advisor, mentor, consultant, and Board member.
